02. Shawn Michaels & GOD Vs. Vince McMahon & Shane McMahon (Backlash 2006)

Yes!! You read it absolutely correct, It’s HBK & ‘GOD’ Vs. The McMahons in a 2 on 1 Handicap match. This match was a complete mess and remains one of WWE’s most ridiculous moments as Vince and Shane McMahon challenged Shawn Michaels to a match, where the only help he had was from God himself.

Mocking the fact HBK was legitimately a born again Christian was a strange choice from the company. The match ended up seeing the Spirit Squad join the beat down in what felt like more of an angle than a match, but was a total mess either way. Only Vince can think about having this kind of match. One more thing I’d like to add that ‘GOD’ have it own theme music and entrance in this match.
