Civil War Tag Team: The Usos vs. Roman Reigns/Solo Sikoa
Jimmy and Solo start things off. Long stare down between the 4. A quick tie up sees Jimmy get thrown back into the corner by Solo. Jey whispers something to Jimmy. Another tie up ends with Solo hitting a scoop slam to Jimmy, who backs into his corner immediately. Solo goes in for another tie up but Jimmy ducks underneath and hits a few chops but Solo fights back with a right hand, a stomp and then sends Jimmy into the ropes. Jimmy reverses it but Solo kicks him in the head anyway. Jey kicks Solo from behind, tags in and the Usos hit a double team on Solo in the corner. Roman demands Solo tag him in and Jey tells him he better listen to his daddy. Solo contemplates for a moment before tagging Roman in, but he doesn’t look happy about it.
Jey takes off his tape, gloves and shirt. Roman tightens his glove up and the two start circling each other. They meet in the middle for a tie up, but Roman puts Jey in a side headlock. Jey throws Roman into the ropes but Reigns comes back with a shoulder block that knocks Jey down. Roman goes towards Jimmy which allows Jey to hit some offense until Roman reverses a rope move into a back elbow that takes Jey down again. Roman begins to slowly, methodically take out Jey with headbutts, right hands and choke holds. Roman throws Jey into the ropes, Jimmy tags in and they go for a double superkick but Roman sees it coming and he leaves the ring to talk with Paul Heyman. “Do you want your sons to answer to him?” Paul asks Roman as he points at Jey. Roman’s demeanor changes completely.
Roman forces Jey into the corner and starts to brutalize him with right hands. The ref pulls him back and Roman argues with him which allows Jey to get up and fight back. He puts Roman in the corner, climbs up and goes for the 10 punches. At nine, he jumps down and takes out Solo but turns around into a BIG right from Roman. Jey finds himself in Roman and Solo’s corner where they beat him down. Solo tags in and he starts headbutting Jey on the mat. Solo grabs Jey’s shoulder for a hold as Jimmy reaches out for a tag. Jey starts to get up and fight back with a jaw breaker. He falls into the corner and Jimmy tags in. They hit a double kick to Solo and Jimmy goes to the top rope. He jumps off but Solo moves and when Jimmy bounces off the ropes and flies back, Solo takes him out with a huge forearm to Jimmy’s head.
Solo stalks Jimmy as he crawls to the corner. Solo begins to beat Jimmy down in the corner. The ref pulls him away but Solo goes right back into the right hands to Jimmy’s head. Solo goes for the running corner hip attack and nails Jimmy with it. Jimmy pulls himself up, using Solo’s body but Solo knocks him right back down and begins to choke him, using the middle rope. Roman gets tagged in and immediately hits the drive by drop kick on the outside to Jimmy. Roman slides in and gets a 2 count. Jimmy reaches for the tag but Roman stomps his hand and puts Jimmy in the corner where he hits him with multiple lariats across Jimmy’s chest. He follows that up with a running big boot that gets him another 2 count on Jimmy.
Solo tags in and goes for the shoulder claw hold on Jimmy again. After a few moments, Jimmy fights back to get out of it. Solo gets thrown into the ropes and Roman tags in, without Jimmy seeing. Solo gets thrown outside but Roman attacks Jimmy from behind. Jimmy fights out and goes for the tag, but as he reaches his corner, Solo pulls Jey down and then Roman hits a clothesline to Jimmy in the ring. Roman throws Jimmy out of the ring and Solo hits him with a running shoulder block. Roman comes out and rolls Jimmy back in. Roman goes for the superman punch but misses. Jimmy follows that up by clotheslining Roman out of the ring and both men find themselves out on the floor.
Jimmy gets in and tags Jey just as Roman tags in Solo. Jey puts in a lot of offense on Sikoa with right hands and kicks. Jey goes for a corner splash but Solo dumps him on to the apron. Jey lands on his feet and goes up top to hit a cross body block on Solo Sikoa. Solo crawls over to the corner and Jey hits him with the hip attack. He goes for it a second time but Solo gets up and goes for a samoan drop. Roman tags in blind and Jey throws Solo out of the ring. He turns around and clotheslines Roman out of the ring. He hits a suicide dive on Solo and then comes back to hit one on Roman, but Reigns was waiting and hit the superman punch as Jey was coming through the ropes. Roman comes back in and hits a superman punch on Jey again. He starts to amp himself up as he goes for the spear. Roman goes “ooooohaa” and misses Jimmy tagging in. Jimmy and Jey hit the double spear and Jimmy goes for the pin. 1, 2… Solo breaks it up. All four men are down.
They all get to their feet at the same time and an all out brawl ensues. Solo and Jey go out to the floor. Jimmy and Roman are in the ring going back and forth. Jimmy misses an enziguri and Roman hits the superman punch, which gets him a 2 count. Roman goes to the corner and awaits Jimmy again. As he runs in for a spear, Jimmy hits 2 superkicks that takes Roman out. Jimmy goes up to the top rope and jumps off for the splash, but Roman catches him in a guillotine. Jimmy refuses to tap and as the ref checks to see if he’s out, he starts to fight back. Jimmy picks Roman up off the mat, still in the hold and breaks the hold by driving him into the corner. Jey tags in but Roman hits him with a right. Roman puts Jimmy in a guillotine but the ref gets bumped out of the ring. 1D by the Usos!!! Jey pins Roman but there is no referee!
Both Usos go to the top, but knocks Jimmy down. Roman and Solo hit a double urinagi on both Usos. Solo then picks up Jimmy and hits the samoan spike on Jimmy. He then picks up Jey and hits the samoan spike on Jey as Roman hits the spear at the same time. Solo drags Jimmy on Jey and Roman pins them as they are stacked. 1…2… both Usos kick out! Solo looks at Roman angrily as Roman cries. Solo then starts laying in the right hands and headbutts to snap Roman out of his funk. Solo takes Jimmy outside and throws him in the steps. Solo takes apart the announcers table as Roman barks orders at him. Solo superkicks Jimmy onto the announcers table as Solo gets on the barricade. Solo jumps but Jimmy moves and Solo takes himself out.
Roman turns around into a superkick but Roman hits the superman punch. Jey hits him with another superkick and Roman bounces back with a spear. 1…2… Kick out again by Jey, and he hits a low blow on Roman as he kicks out! Roman can’t believe it. Jimmy comes in and the Usos start hitting superkick after superkick after superkick. Jey tags in and goes to the top rope and flies off with a splash on Roman. He pins Roman, 1…2…3!!!!
