IMPERIUM Vs. Kyle ‘O’ Reily & Von Wagner – NXT Tag Team Championships
Martel and KOR start the match off with some chain wrestling. Martel goes for a float over pin attempt but Kyle reverses it into an armbar. Martel gets out, tags Eichner and he starts getting in offense on Kyle. Kyle fights back with a kick, tags in Wagner and they hit a double team leap frog. Wagner with a side suplex for a 2 count. Wagner immediately hits a running splash for another 2 count before tagging in Kyle. Kyle and Von take turns beating Aichner in the corner. As Wagner leaves, Aichner and Kyle take turns trading chops before Kyle finally gets the advantage and puts him in a choke.
Martel distracts Kyle and Aichner is able to hit a snap suplex. Martel throws Kyle in the corner and hits a european uppercut, rising head kick, double arm suplex and then goes for a top rope move but Kyle hits a lifting knee. Kyle tries to go for more offense but Martel hits another European uppercut. Kyle tags in Wagner and he takes complete control of Wagner. Martel is able to buy himself some time to make the tag. Aichner catches a leaping Wagner and hits a rolling fireman carry. Very impressive. Eichner tags in Martel but Wagner is able to clothesline him immediately and tag in Kyle. Kyle takes out Aichner and goes right at Martel with kicks and knees. Martel in the corner and Kyle hits running elbow. More elbows and Martel reverses a whip with a clothesline and then tags in Aichner. Aichner hits a hard clothesline and then goes into stomps and closed fists.
Aichner drives Kyle in the corner and tags in Martel. Kyle fights back with a kick to Martel and a knee to Aichner. He crawls towards Wagner for the tag but Aichner is there. Kyle hits a back body drop, gets the tag and Wagner comes in cleaning house. Clotheslines, high boots and suplexes have Imperium reeling. Wagner double clotheslines them out of the ring and then continues the assault on the outside with more clotheslines and back body drops to the apron. Kyle hits a running knee to Aichner.
Wagner gets Martel in and hits an angle slam for a 2 count. Martel hits a jaw breaker and shots to try and fight back but Wagner hits him with a headbutt tha drops him. He goes in the corner but misses and Martel tags Eichner. They hit a double team dropkick to a fallen Wagner for a 2 count. Martel tags in but Wagner fights them off and hits a clothesline to Martel on top of Aichner. Kyle tags in and hits a top rope knee drop to Martel followed by a leg lock. Martel refuses to tap, Aichner hits a springboard moonsault to Kyle to break it up. They get Kyle on the top rope but he breaks out. Wagner comes in to take out Martel as Kyle hits a roll up on Aichner.
Martel reaches in to push Kyle and Aichner gets a 2 count. Wagner gets tagged in but taken out from behind but Aichner. All hell has broken loose as all four men are in the ring taking turns. A near fall with the clothesline, sweep kick from Wagner and Kyle to Martel but it only gets him a 2 count. Martel fights off Kyle, ducks a running Wagner and tags in Aichner. Eichner jumps out to take out Wagner and goes for Kyle. He goes for a powerbomb but Kyle reverses it into a brainbuster for a 2 count, then transitions it into an armbar then triangle. Aichner almost passes out before picking Kyle up. Martel tags in and they hit the Imperial Bomb for the win.
After the match, Wagner tries to attack O’Reilly from behind. O’Reilly ducks and unloads on Wagner with a flurry of strikes. O’Reilly crotch chops Wagner and throws up the Undisputed Era hand sign.
Winner: IMPERIUM
