WWE confirmed that they’re not holding SummerSlam at Boston this year. Most of the chances are like this that they’ll hold SummerSlam in the WWE Performance Center at Florida like they did it for Wrestlemania 36. But, if reports are speculating that they’ll hold WWE SummerSlam either on a beach or in a boat.

According to Mike Johnson on PW Insider audio update, WWE is considering some very interesting options for SummerSlam this year. The idea is out there to hold the event in an outdoor setting like a beach and they’re keeping an option to hold the event on a boat.

It is not yet decided if WWE is looking at locations outside of Florida for SummerSlam as there are a record number of positive COVID-19 cases in the state.

SS on a beach or a boat will give a unique look to the event. It’s unknown if WWE would bring fans into this setting, but an outdoor setting is quite interesting and it’ll attract the fans too.
