WWE Releases more talent
It has been announced that Billie Kay has been released by WWE. Billie just had a Wrestle Mania match teaming with Carmella against Natalya/Tamina, Naomi/Lana, Riott Squad, and Mandy Rose/Dana Brooke. It is upsetting as Billie has been such a bright comedy spot on Raw and Smackdown in her pursuit of finding another Tag Team Partner/Friend. Hopefully, we see Billie show up in AEW or Impact soon as she is definitely talented.
After the release of Billie Kay, WWE also announced they let go of Tucker, Chelsea Greene, and Wesley Blake. Greene was recently cleared to compete so it is a little bit shocking to see her go as she would have been a useful addition to Raw or Smackdown. Tucker ever since breaking off with Otis has been lost in the shuffle and was in the Andre the Giant memorial Battle Royal on Smackdown, but his release is not surprising. Lastly, Wesley Blake former NXT Tag Team Champion has been sent packing after The Forgotton Sons failure last year he and Steve Cutler have been off TV, except for a brief period where they were with King Corbing but obviously that didn’t last.
Kalisto was another name that has been future endeavored, along with Mickie James, Bo Dallas, Peyton Royce, and yes Samoa Joe. Kalisto and Mickie James are two that got lost in the shuffle as of late, Bo Dallas even with all the post-Mania theories that he was the Fiend at Wrestle Mania, it seems like that has now been debunked. Peyton Royce is shocking as she seemed like she was starting to get hot on Raw and get more opportunities, and lastly, Samoa Joe, who has not only been the companies best commentator over the past year but has also been rumored to be cleared is very shocking, to say the least.
