5. Can Impact leave the FinJuice vs. The Bullet Club rivalry in Nashville?

A New Japan rivalry has taken up much of Impact’s television time for the last four months, and it was fun at first. Now it feels like forever that this rivalry has been going, and nothing has progressed. And after this week’s match, it seems like we are expecting another four months of this rivalry. Everyone involved in this rivalry has seemed stuck, which is extremely unfortunate for the talented Chris Bey, who is too talented to be stuck in the four-month-long tag team rivalry.

4. Bound for Glory is Josh Alexander’s Night.

If there is one thing fans must watch before tunning into Bound for Glory, it is the video package Impact made this week. Impact has a homegrown talent going through everything to earn that world title for the first time in years. I applaud Impact for their handling of Josh Alexander. Fans finally learn his journey from his own words; fans can connect with Alexander personally. At the end of the night, fans see a heartfelt promo, and who does not want to see Alexander win after that. Bound for Glory will be his night and the world is ready.

3. Rhyno decision.

Impact proved me wrong a few weeks ago. I stated that Rhyno being kicked out would get the War Machine lost in the shuffle. But Rhyno’s storyline on what side he must choose has been some of the most compelling storylines on Impact. This segment had Rhyno say zero words, and fans felt the emotions every step of the way. It is fascinating to see where this story goes this Saturday at Bound for Glory. VBD has run through the Impact roster for almost a year, and this Rhyno story adds another layer. It is great to see every talent in this story shine, making it one of the more exciting matches for Bound for Glory.

2. Impact getting Inspired this Saturday.

I missed praising this last week, but after months of waiting for these two to make an appearance somewhere, The IInspiration is coming to Bound for Glory. And what better company to join than Impact Wrestling. Every woman on that roster has a character, a story, television time, and most importantly a great tag division. The IInspiration is a perfect place for them, and I cannot wait to see them take titles and make an IICONIC debut.

1. Trey Miguel must win at Bound for Glory.

I’ve said in the past, and I will put this on the Takeaways for the final time. Trey Miguel has been in limbo since the departure of his fellow Rascalz. Winning the X-Division championship is that one thing he needs not to make the mistake of staying in Impact. If Trey Miguel does not win this Saturday, I don’t know what else he could do to get back on top. Steve Maclin might be okay as someone who has a lot to prove after being released. If El Phantasmo wins, it is just another outsider winning Impact’s title. To sum up my weeks of complaining, Miguel has more to prove and must win this triple threat.
