What are 5 talking points of AEW Dynamite?
Kazarian Goes Solo
Pound-for-pound one of the greatest workhorses in AEW right now, Frankie Kazarian was forced to break from SCU tag partner Christopher Daniels last month when the tandem lost in a bout for the AEW World Tag Team championships. Daniels teased retirement in a simplistic Tweet and has not been seen since in a wrestling fashion.
However, this week we saw his tag partner Kazarian return. After the team of The Young Bucks and Brandon Cutler were beaten by 2/3 of Death Triangle in that of Pac and Pentagon Jr. as well as Eddie Kingston. A post-match beaten down by The Elite was instigated, with the prone faces being saved by Kaz. Kaz cleared the ring, helping the victorious team after the beatdown.
Kazarian was a former friend of The Elite, shortly being a member of Bullet Club. Until the faction turned to the dark side, they were good friends but with their newfound attitude have turned against each other. Kaz was notably referred to as ‘The Elite Hunter’, perhaps hinting at a new character and title for him. It may state that issues between the sides are unfinished.
