If there is one thing AEW is filled with, it is hosses. The likes of Brian Cage, Miro, The Butcher, Lance Archer and Luchasaurus flood the roster with their battering, bruising style making them a much-lauded attraction.

Also, with the increased popularity of UFC and Bellator over the years, many have tried to add elements of realism into their wrestling, including WWE who just last year introduced the Fight Pit. So, AEW looks to soon combine these two on future programming in a shoot-esque match down the line.

During The Pinnacle’s promo on this week’s edition, Wardlow accepted a challenge laid down by fellow big man and Inner Circle member Jake Hager for an MMA challenge. This means we will see the duo clash in a bout billed as a real-life brawl similar to the sport in which the former Jack Swagger is quite accomplished in. We will likely see this match on a future episode of Dynamite.
