5. Is Trey Miguel finally getting his moment?

There is one thing for sure this X-Division Championship tournament will give some of the best wrestling this company will give in the next couple of weeks. This tournament will feature much young and hungry talent getting chances to shine. This week Trey Miguel defeated Laredo Kid and Alex Zayne in one hell of an opening contest. Miguel getting this win is huge. It felt that after his rivalry with Sami Callihan, he seemed to be floundering in Impact. But when Option C went into full effect, Trey Miguel had to be the man who won that X-Division championship at Bound For Glory.

4. VSK top prospect of The Learning Tree.

Once again, we are blessed with another excellent Learning Tree segment with Brian Myers. Week by week, this has been comedy gold, and I will continue to praise it. With the addition of the top student VSK, it is great to see him get time to shine in a major company. VSK is a hidden secret in the independent scene, and under The Learning Tree, the man is a star waiting to happen.

3. Purrazzo makes it violently personal.

Deonna Purrazzo brought the fight to her challenger Mickie James personally by attacking her in her ranch. A tremendous cinematic fight that Impact always delivers with. This adds so many layers to the already great rivalry to what might be the biggest Knockouts Championship match in Impact History. The world will see history, and Impact has done such a great job making it feel important as of late.

2. We must worship The Fallen Angel.

Due to being gone from TV for months, people forget how amazing The Fallen Angel Christopher Daniels is. This match was a great reminder that age is just a number, and the man can still go with the biggest of men. Daniels gets lost in the shuffle in the Samoa Joe and AJ Styles era, especially in the vast AEW roster. Let’s hope this Impact return will have people finally appreciate Christopher Daniels as the legend he is.

1. OOOOH, BABY, Heath is back!

After having his Impact career stalled due to injury, the One Man Rock Band is back. A lot of things have changed since his injury, and that thing is the arrival of VBD. Placing him a rivalry with VBD and a hopeful reunion with his partner Rhino is the right track he needs to have the great singles career he never had. And hopefully, like his fellow 3MB members, this leads him into becoming a future world champion.
