One of professional wrestling’s most decorated champions to make long-awaited return WWE return.

After taking a break for her wedding to current AEW star Andrade El Idolo, It seems Charlotte Flair will be back on television soon. Fans last saw “ The Queen“ wrestle Ronda Rousey circa May’s WrestleMania Backlash when she lost the SmackDown Women’s Title!

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter’s Dave Meltzer communicated this report & said, “ Charlotte Flair’s scheduled return should be soon. “ He explained that WWE plans are unclear right now, and she’s likely to compete regarding SmackDown. Friday Nights on Fox stock rose tremendously because of this incredible addition to the blue brand.

People remain supportive & critical concerning Charlotte. The Women’s division has kept a steady momentum with Raw Women’s Champion Bianca Belair and Bayley leading Damage Control. Liv Morgan, I respect her. Whether she was a viable champion or not is debatable. Ronda Rousey creates believability by representing that ladies’ roster. Flair adds prestige to WWE as Becky Lynch does.

Who else can work a captivating feud against Rousey than Charlotte & look at who last defeated her & it was Ronda. Let’s be fair both Raw & SmackDown need their top-drawing headliners whose star abilities help elevate opponents. Yes, WWE needs to build new stars, but they have found a winning formula consisting of “ The Four Horsewomen“ Charlotte, Becky, Bayley, & Sasha.

Those ladies had to wrestle against superstars to obtain recognition among creative & the fanbase. So, anytime WWE desires relevance within its talented roster. Charlotte or Becky, maybe if Sasha returns, that only increases the value of these women getting established in primetime. Another possible way to analyze this entails reestablishing talent. Something I’d forgotten, Rousey ended Charlotte’s 198-day reign as Champion. Why not logically feature Flair wanting some redemption for that? If we’re getting Charlotte versus Ronda again, & it strengthens the Championship scene in WWE.

Listen, I was excited for Liv Morgan to win a

Championship, but Ronda, defending that belt opposite Flair, Lynch, Bayley, Rhea Ripley, and Belair, carries additional serious convention whenever discussing compelling rivalries.

WWE needs Charlotte Flair back!
