Greetings from the Wrestlebuddy team. Happy Easter Sunday! We have returned after a packed last weekend.

WB is glad that you’ve visited our site. Each week, news develops from the wrestling universe. So, the goal was to choose five trending news-related stories that dominate weekly.

Let’s talk about our top 5 Pro-Wrestling headlines, shall we?

1. Drew unhappy with WWE

There is news concerning Drew McIntyre & WWE regarding his contract status & his rumored unhappiness with Creative.

Wade Keller represents the PW Torch publication and claims it’s a combination of money & creativity for McIntyre’s discontent.

Fightful Select also reported last week that his contract was to expire in 9 months. They added McIntyre, who had planned on waiting closer as this contract would end before agreeing to a new deal.

Keller stated McIntyre wasn’t thrilled with the contract renewal offers from WWE. He further clarified the company is taking this earnestly due to its probable nature by concluding he will let his deal run out. McIntyre would only agree on something deserving to him. The Scottish Warrior did not appear on SmackDown or an autograph signing. Many speculated WWE pulled Drew from these events.

2. WWE Draft

WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H opens up Friday Night SmackDown. He welcomes everybody to the show & puts over WrestleMania, the talent.

Triple H referenced their incredible success with viewership, sponsorships, & attendance at SoFi Stadium for the spectacle.

WWE looks ahead to its future. He announces the Draft returning. The Game promised greater expectations with his monumental declaration about this Draft.

“ It will change the Game!!!”

3. Jay White is All-Elite

After months of speculation, “ The Switchblade “ Jay White has officially joined AEW.

On Wednesday night ( April 5th) -wrestling fans tuned into Dynamite on TBS. They saw New Japan Pro Wrestling star/ current free agent make his shocking debut. White came out & helped Juice Robinson attack Ricky Starks with this segment kicking off their program.

Tony Khan shared via Twitter a photo of Jay White with the AEW logo, alongside that saying, Jay White is “ All Elite! “

4. AEW London

Huge news to report, AEW: All In makes London debut circa Sunday, August 27th, and will emanate live from historic Wembley Stadium.

Fans watched during this week’s Dynamite telecast, where AEW President & new signee Nigel McGuiness announced the company presents “ All In London at Wembley Stadium!!!” Warner Bros. Discovery & the famed venue are celebrating 100 years of continued prosperity. Adam Cole informed us all of this remarkable fact. It’s AEW’s UK debut.

Multiple stars from the promotion will enjoy a homecoming as Jaime Hayter, Saraya, Pac, Nigel McGuinness, and Anthony Ogogo, among others. The show’s production will include Live Nation Entertainment. Get those tickets now cause they go on sale on Friday, May 5th, at 9 a.m. BST.

5. Brock Lesnar-plans

The Wrestling News on the way WWE has booked Brock Lesnar.

Monday Night Raw left numerous viewers wondering following WrestleMania 39.

Many felt Cody Rhodes would be the Champion after facing Roman Reigns. Now creatively, we see Brock Lesnar turned on “ The American Nightmare “ circa Monday, April 3rd.

It appeared Cody Rhodes & Brock Lesnar were to team up and oppose The Bloodline ( Roman Reigns & Solo Sikoa). That’s not what happened during the Raw main event. Cody found himself ambushed by an angry beast in Lesnar. Who betrayed Cody with Brock, destroyed Rhodes, and left him beaten up in the ring.

According to Fightful Select, this was always the plan detailing a Lesnar vs. Cody feud. It stated that Brock knew a month in advance about this.

The fans on social media voiced their displeasure concerning Raw.

Is Vince McMahon back over creative? It remained a conspiracy theory of sorts. Triple H couldn’t have booked Raw?

Listen, Cody returned under Vince, and the push began with VKM. The Bloodline began while Mr. McMahon directed everything & he still does. Triple H directs the creative. That doesn’t mean Vince can have any input.

Cody has been magnificent upon returning, and Reigns is a megastar. The Bloodline provides elongated stability. Brock is villainous again makes me interested. A Cody versus Lesnar match intrigues me.

Instead of seeing the negatives, look for the positives.
