Tenille Dashwood w/ Kaleb with a K vs. Taylor Wilde

The match starts very technical for a feud boiling for months since Taylor Wilde’s absence in Impact. But Tenille Dashwood plays some minds games on Wilde as she attempts to walk on the match. Kaleb, with a K, tries to get involved, but Wilde is ahead of the distractions. Dashwood is frustrated when Wilde kicks out of everything she gives. Out of nowhere, Madison Rayne comes out and throws Wilde into the ring post to help Dashwood win. Dashwood and Rayne hug in the middle of the ring while Kaleb with a K snaps pictures.

Winner: Tenille Dashwood

A promo airs with the 20 men involved in the Battle Royal state how they will win tonight to face Kenny Omega at Emergence.

Daivari vs. Josh Alexander

The match begins to be technical but then gets hard-hitting. Alexander sends Daivari outside of the ring and outcomes Jake Something to watch the match. Just when it looks like it’s over for Daivari, the veteran is still in the game. But Alexander did not let Something distract him when he hit the C4 Breaker to pick up the win. Something runs in the ring to aggressively hands the title to Alexander.

Tony Schiavone, Jim Ross, and the Impact roster give their thoughts on who’s winning the Impact Championship match of Kenny Omega vs. Christian Cage on the premiere episode of Rampage.

Backstage: The Good Brothers deliver a promo on the two teams they take on at Emergence. And then the lights start flashing and Violent By Design to tell them this world belongs to them. Doc Gallows challenges Joe Doering to match next week to see who is the real big man of Impact.

Kierra Hogan came out to the ring to address the betrayal from Tasha Steelz last week. Hogan gives a heartfelt promo and calls out Steelz to the ring but instead, Su Yung and her new dead bride Kimber Lee come out. Lee is faced to face to Hogan’s screams and begins to attack. In front of the stage, Su Yung brings out her bloody glove to control Kimber Lee in the ring to deliver the mandible claw on Hogan, and then she drags her off the stage.

Backstage: Kenny Omega and Don Callis are complaining about the battle royal later tonight and the match with Christian Cage tomorrow night. They believe that Tony Khan and Scott D’Amore are cahoots, but they will keep the Impact World Championship forever. Omega says that no one in the world can hold Impact’s legacy because he’s made out of different stuff.

FinJuice vs. Jay White & Chris Bey

There is not much tag-teaming for Chris Bey’s first match as a member of the Bullet Club as Jay White takes a majority of the match. But as the match progresses, they begin to work well together. The experienced tag team of FinJuice almost win the match with a Doomsday Device, but Jay White brings out a chair to cause disqualification. White hits a Blade Runner on a chair to Dave Finlay to send a message for this Saturday.

Backstage: Gia Miller asks Tasha Steelz why for her actions on Kierra Hogan. Steelz says she had to makes some changes, and that’s why she brought Savannah Evans. Fallah Bah interrupts and asks for backup for his problems with Rosemary and Havok, and she says she has a problem too since they have her titles.

Backstage: Gia Miller welcomes Melina to Impact Wrestling and asks how she feels about NWA Empower. Melina says she feels grateful, and Deonna Purrazzo interrupts to tell her she’s been training. Purrazzo shows a clip of her and MMA fighter Alesha Zappitella training. Melina announces she will have a match on Impact to show what Purrazzo should expect.

Backstage: AEW’s Alex Marvez interviews Christian, and he says that he wants to take all of Kenny Omega’s championships. He also announces that he will be in the Impact Zone next week and defend the Impact Championship if he wins tomorrow.

Matt Cardona vs. John Skylar

Surprisedly back and forth action between the two. The match changes momentum when Rohit Raju and Shera distract Cardona, so Skylar gets the upset win.

Winner: John Skylar

#1 Contenders Battle Royal

W, Morrissey looks like the favor by eliminating three guys at first, but the entire roster sees that by teaming up together to eliminate him. Steve Maclin even came out to eliminate his rival as of late Petey Williams. Madman Fulton becomes a significant factor when he saves Ace Austin but is eliminated quickly by Fallah Bah. Throughout the match, Brian Myers and Sam Beale help each other from being eliminated. But later, Myers takes out his student from the match. The crowd is going crazy to see Moose win this match. The final three ends up being Chris Sabin, Moose, and Myers. Sabin and Moose are going at it while Myers is in the ground and suddenly gets up and eliminates them both. Myers, for the first time ever, becomes a number one contender for a world championship.

  1. Great to see Myers get the win. Keeping Moose out of the World Title frontier for a while longer. Big surprise to see Madison Rayne back & Sü Yüng dragging Kiera Hogan back into the Undead Realm (and out of Impact Wrestling) was a better send off.
