1. Brock Lesnar returns, and new U. S. Champion Seth Rollins:

Before his United States Championship defense against Seth Rollins on Raw this Monday, Bobby Lashley cut a promo saying that he had beaten everybody. One of those “ The Almighty mentioned was Brock Lesnar. Then instead of Rollins coming out, The Beast Incarnate shocked the excited Brooklyn crowd by returning to confront Lashley. He attacked Lashley, & executed his signature F-5 maneuver. Brock took Lashley to Suplex city & F-5ed him again. Then applied the Kimura lock submission.

It softened up Bobby for Seth Rollins. The Visionary lured Lashley into the ring. After Rollins connected with multiple curb stomps, we have the new United States Champion, Seth “ Freakin “ Rollins. Barclay’s Center was electric in celebration of Rollins’s victory. 

2 Bray Wyatt speaks & Malakai Black rumored to join Wyatt’s faction:

Bray Wyatt has come home to WWE & closed out the Oct. 14th edition of SmackDown, thanking the fans regarding a heartfelt & emotionally charged promo showing his gratitude with vulnerabilities. After one spectacular return at WWE Extreme Rules live premium event in Philly. Wyatt re-emerged to a resounding ovation. Fans in New Orleans experienced the pure genius of Wyatt. Bray shared endearing words & then the video showed Bray in a mask. It’s a message that said, “ oh little one, my little one, come home with me your life is done. Forget the future, Forget the past. Life is over-breathe your last. You have no idea who you’re dealing with do you, oh, but you will! “ 

Breaking: Malakai Black was reportedly set to join Bray Wyatt. 

“Triple H wanted Malakai Black to quit AEW to return to WWE. 

And what plans did WWE have for Black… well they’re interesting. 

The Wrestling Observer says Malakai would have been partnered with Bray Wyatt on TV following Extreme Rules, something that no one saw coming.”

3. DX celebrates its 25th Anniversary on Raw:

One of professional wrestling’s most iconic groups celebrated a monumental achievement last Monday on Raw! Degeneration-X ( Triple H, Shawn Michaels, Road Dogg, & X-Pac reunited to commemorate twenty-five years of revolutionizing the industry. Those hilarious -nostalgic memories returned thanks to the opening & ending Raw segments.

Witnessing history repeat itself for another legendary time was a childhood reminder concerning me I’ll never forget. Triple H acted earnestly was great compared to HBK, X-Pac, & Road Dogg wanted their longtime friend to lighten up. Chyna would be honored by X-Pac. Corey Graves remarked about Billy Gunn due to his absence because of AEW. “ The other guy is doing something with office equipment these days, I’m not sure. “ Road Dogg said on behalf of geriatric DX what a tremendous line. Both Michaels & Triple H speak. 

4. Gallows & Anderson return, Rey Mysterio No. 1 contender to IC Title:

Doc Gallows & Karl Anderson make WWE return during Monday’s Raw season premiere by helping their friend AJ Styles against The Judgement Day. Finn Balor thought “ The Phenomenal One “ would join forces with them. It appeared not all past Bullet Club members liked that idea. Speaking of Judgement Day, Dominik Mysterio beat up his legendary father on Raw. Following this, circa Friday Night SmackDown, Mysterio shows up & informs Triple H that he will not fight his son & must quit WWE. The Game calms Rey down & they meet inside his office backstage.

Later, Mysterio replaced Karrion Kross after Kross was involved in a car crash & attacked by Drew McIntyre. He competed in a Fatal 4 Way No. 1 Contender’s Main-Event Match facing Richocet, Sheamus, & Solo Sikoa. Rey wins & defeats Richocet by executing the 619 & a Frog Splash from the top for the win. He’ll challenge Intercontinental Champion Gunther. They announced that Mysterio had officially moved to SmackDown.

5. Renee Paquette makes AEW debut:

A former WWE television personality made her official AEW debut this past Wednesday on Dynamite when she opened up the show live emanating from her hometown of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Famously, Paquette hosted WWE Backstage via FS1 with CM Punk, Page ( Saraya) Samoa Joe, & Booker T. Renee did commentary & interviewed talent backstage & in-ring. She hosts a popular podcast called The Sessions with Renee Paquette. The internet & social media buzzed about her being All-Elite. What a fantastic addition she’ll make to AEW.
