WCW fans will remember Randy Savage’s time in WCW. A multi-time WCW world champion, a huge 60-man World War 3 battle Royal winner and having a lengthy feud with Diamond Dallas Page, he was one of their top stars – but Savage’s brother?

Yes, long-time enhancement talent and former Genius Lanny Poffo was signed to WCW in 1995 and remained there until 1999.

Poffo has perhaps had only a single match there. Signed with his brother, “The Macho Man”, he remained for years – never booked, sat at home earning paychecks. He we under training and dyed his hair for a Gorgeous George gimmick. It seems like the plans for Poffo in WCW ended up on the floor, screwed up into a ball, in the writer’s room.
