Thanksgiving is here and it’s that time of year when a lot of people reflect. They think about what they are thankful for, spend time with family, and stuff their face with food. For me, I reflect, on a point. I’m not big into the mushy stuff but I am a sucker for professional wrestling. One thing not on my list I am thankful for is Wrestlebuddy and all the cool people there who have welcomed me and my crew with open arms. I also am thankful for Chuck Winchester and Yvonne DeBord who are my co-hosts on our wrestling podcast RSH. Wrestling has been a huge part of my life since I was 6 years old. So, what I’m going to do is give you the top 5 things I’m most thankful for in professional wrestling. Let’s get down to it!!!!!!!

5. Alexa Bliss

Any of you that follows me or my podcast knows how I feel about Alexa Bliss. Just look at her. What’s not to love? She is gorgeous, a great wrestler, and is just amazing. Yes, she’s my celebrity crush. Her potentially joining back with Bray Wyatt is also something that I’m thankful for. Alexa Bliss is a treasure and we should all be thankful.

4. Triple H Bringing back Fired Superstars

Johnny Gargano, Mia Yim, Dakota Kai, Karrion Kross, Scarlett, Braun Strowman, Io Shirai, Hit Row, reuniting Imperium, Bray Wyatt, The OC, Dexter Lumis, Candice LaRae, Emma, and more I’m sure I forgot. Plus, he’s not done according to reports. Vince had lost his damn mind and fired these people for no damn reason and I applaud Triple H for bringing them back. These superstars are all assets to the roster and I’m very thankful they are all back.

3. Tony Khan

Hey Jimmy Bay Bay. Bet you didn’t see this one coming. As much as I despise this man I am also thankful for him very much. My most classic rants, articles, and memes are about this jackass and his underwhelming company. He is the one guy in wrestling I hate and I’m thankful for him because he keeps that fire burning in me. He is the worst booker, worst talker, and the most awkward guy I’ve ever seen on a wrestling screen. Watching him be the coke-snorting, head-spinning dumbass that he makes my life more enjoyable shows me how much WWE deserves more appreciation from everyone. Thank you Mr. Kahn for keeping the fire burning. Have a great holiday sir.

2. NXT is Relevant Again

NXT honestly was becoming pointless when Vince was in charge. Triple H would put time and effort into building these guys up and making them into stars just for Vince to change their gimmick and make them jokes when they got called up to the main roster. It’s so nice now that when NXT talent gets called up they keep their same gimmick. It’s so basic but so necessary. With future stars like Carmelo Hayes, Grayson Waller, Cora Jade, Bron Breakker, The Creed Brothers, Mandy Rose, Toxic Attraction, and many more coming up in the future it’s so nice to know they will be used to the best of their abilities at the next level. I’m very thankful that NXT is going to be used to what it was intended to be and that’s to develop young stars for the future and thanks the fact Vince isn’t around anymore makes that a lot easier and for that, I am very thankful.

1. Bray Wyatt is Back

He’s here!!!!!!! Bray Wyatt is a merchandise mover like no other, a promo we don’t deserve, and a blessing to the professional wrestling business. The fact he was ever fired absolutely blows my mind. The White Rabbit was an overwhelming success. His gimmick is amazing and keeps us guessing. His promos are great, especially this stuff with LA Knight. The best is yet to come of him but you can’t deny he is a generational talent with a brilliant wrestling mind. I am extremely thankful that Bray Wyatt is back in WWE and I can’t wait to see what happens next with him.

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone and their families! Have a great holiday, watch some great wrestling and keep supporting Wrestlebuddy. Have a great and safe holiday!!
