When John Cena arrived to Monday Night Raw as a part of that year’s draft, there was no doubt he is was now given the mantle as the Face of the Company. ”Y2J” Chris Jericho became his first real test for Cena as a top guy in the company. In this match, we see the infancy of a polarizing crowd where half will boo him and half will cheer for him.

But Cena overall held his own against Jericho in his first of 16 title reigns, and it was a tremendous final feud for Jericho before he went off for his first hiatus from WWE. A real hidden gem in both men’s long careers, the crowd is going nuts for every moment in this match.
