Andrade El Idolo To Debut vs Matt Sydal?

Matt Sydal took on Dante Martin on Dynamite this week. In a relatively nonchalant but nonetheless fun high-flying match, Sydal triumphed over the Top Flight member, using the Lightning Spiral (aka Paige Turner) to get the pinfall victory.

Interestingly however, pre-match, Vickie Guerrero sauntered out to introduce Andrade El Idolo and was all set to make a huge announcement until interrupted by Mike Sydal’s brother. Vickie seemed disgruntled and irritated at this cut-off as her news could not be shared.

A subtle bit of storytelling, it seems that this truancy of Guerrero’s promo may start a micro-feud with Sydal. As Andrade El Idolo is yet to still have his first match in the company, it seems as if he could take on the former Evan Bourne in a star-cementing win for the ex-United States champion as he beats a credible opponent. After weeks of hyping segments, it is now presumable, we have a name down for who could be the first victim of the once AAA megastar in All Elite Wrestling.
