12. Mabel – FBI

Sticking with ECW, although they may not have been as dominant, the Full Blooded Italians (FBI) were a consistent presence throughout ECW’s run. As a part of their charm, the group had some unusual members such as famous Southerner Tracy Smothers and former NWA World Champion Tommy Rich both playing faux Italians. They also had some forgotten members throughout their run across various promotions like Trinity, One Man Gang and Ulf Herman; yet none may be more strange than Mabel.

Nelson Frazier Jr. only made a singular appearance in ECW between his 1995 and 1998 runs, cropping up at ECW’s annual premier show November To Remember. He was brought out as a guest member who beat down Chris Chetti and Tommy Rogers alongside the FBI after Rogers pinned Smothers in their match. After failing to put Spike Dudley through a table, an impromptu match was set up in which Little Spike hit the Acid Drop and defeated his 500-pound opponent in 5 seconds.

That would be Mabel’s last appearance in the FBI and ECW as a whole as he made a full-time WWF return just months later in January 1999.
