2. Badstreet – Fabulous Freebirds

Michael P.S. Hayes, Terry ‘Bam Bam’ Gordy and Buddy Roberts – these were the original Fabulous Freebirds. They also added Jimmy ‘Jam’ Garvin to their ranks with ‘Hands of Stone’’s son joining the group in WCW. Another member during that time stood out unlike any other – Badstreet.

Played by the uber talented Brad Armstrong, he portrayed a masked assailant to Jimmy ‘Jam’ and ‘Pretty Sexy’ Hayes. Originally, he was named Fantasia but a potential Disney lawsuit saw him renamed Badstreet. In this, Armstrong won the WCW Six-Man Tag Team Championships. The identity of Badstreet was never revealed on WCW TV, with Armstrong later being repackaged multiple times with no reference to his stint in The Freebirds.

When you hear about the ‘Freebird Rule’ or their feud with The Von Erichs, Badstreet is not one of the names you will hear being brought up.
