09. The Rock (c) Vs. Brock Lesnar – WWE Undisputed Championship (SummerSlam 2002)

The Number 09 spot belongs to the match which made Brock Lesnar ‘The Next Big Thing’. The Rock was set to leave WWE for Hollywood and WWE got the next big superstar in Brock Lesnar. This was the first time when in a Rock’s match crowd was behind a heel superstar.

Even though everyone knew the outcome of this match, both of these superstars just nailed it and gave us one of the most fast paced match during that time when matches were usually a slugfest. The athleticism of both the stars were unmatchable at that point.

During the match, we saw Heyman got Rock Bottomed through the announcer’s table. The Rock and Brock Lesnar gave each other a Rock Bottom which was fantastic. Lesnar stopped the People’s Elbow and Rock Bottom and hits the iconic F-5 on Rock to become the new WWE Undisputed Champion and the youngest WWE Champion in the history of WWE until Randy Orton won the World Heavyweight Championship in 2004.
