05. Stone Cold Steve Austin (c) Vs. The Undertaker – WWF Championship (SummerSlam 1998)

The Number 05 spot belongs to another classic match from the Attitude Era. Austin and Taker are the two ‘Greatest of all time’ and when these two are in the main event of SummerSlam, then there’s no denying that the match will be an instant classic.

This was the time when the Attitude Era was on its peak and Austin meteoric rise was bringing all the attention and money to WWE. This match gave us the classic moment when Taker is performing a legdrop on Austin onto the announcer’s table flying off the turnbuckle.

This match was a classic wrestling slugfest between these two legends. Kane tries to interfere in the match but Taker told him to go back and then the entire match was a complete one on one affair with no shenanigans. In the end, Undertaker tried an Old School, it seemed successful until he jumped off the ropes and met with a low blow which caused him to stumble and fall into a Stone Cold Stunner and lose the match.
